Congratulations – you’ve built your business into a thriving, successful operation.
You’ve served your clients well, created jobs and added value and impacted lives.
But now it’s time – you want a change: maybe you want to retire or do something else. Maybe there are health issues in your life (or your families lives).
The reasons you want to exit your business are your own but the question is – how?
Do you have a succession plan?
Will the kids take over?
Can you sell it for what it’s worth?
Compassionate Commerce would like to give you another choice – a choice that means your legacy will continue into the future.
We are the bridge between your Business and a future Social Good.
Compassionate Commerce is a business acquisition and integration business; we acquire great businesses like yours and run & grow them in partnership with charities and non-profit organizations.
Your legacy can make a difference. Explore with us how your business can support the causes closest to your heart.
Our mission is to generate “profit with purpose”, providing ongoing financial support to charitable partners and reducing the time, effort and costs by charities and NGO’s , particularly those focused on homelessness, of having to constantly chase donations, while creating a more compassionate economy.
It’s simply a better way.

Compassionate Commerce Founder Dennis McMahon

Hi, I’m Dennis McMahon.
An Aussie who left for SE Asia in 2009, I came back after living in Malaysia after 15 years and saw that the housing crisis in Australia was real.
Now, I’m a problem solver and I saw 2 problems (actually 3) –
1) growing numbers of homeless people
and
2) the many charities who support them being unable to gather the resources they need to do their work.
The third problem (and part of the solution) was that there are so many businesses in Australia (and around the world) – truly great businesses – but the owners want to move on after successfully building them to become stable, profitable businesses – and there’s just nobody to take over.
The kids are doing their own thing and the businesses may not be ready for some corporate takeover.
My solution was to take my knowledge about business, and the skills in acquiring and managing businesses (thanks to Aaron Sansoni and the Deal Mastery training and the massive network that Aaron has created) to solve these 3 problems.
How?
1) Find successful, profitable businesses that the owners want to move on from – but still leave an ongoing legacy
2) Acquire those businesses in partnership with a charity (our choice or the business owners)
3) Continue to run the businesses and share the equity and the profits with your preferred charity, so they have a stable funding source.
Does that make sense to you? It did to me.
